For years Ian has been experimenting to perfect the cultivation of these delicious and delicate fungi.
He uses organic growing methods to produce mushrooms of unparalleled quality and consistency.
Our farm specializes in growing oyster mushrooms, including Pink, Yellow, Blue Pearl, Ulmarius and Phoenix varieties.
